Hi, I'm Julie Kuhlmann and I sell homes. Having relocated here from the Seattle area, my husband, a Gonzaga alumnus, and I decided to leave the hustle and bustle of Seattle for a better quality of life.

I really enjoy my real estate career. I find it a challenging and rewarding experience. Finding perfect homes for clients is very personal and I enjoy getting to know them on such a level. Because my income isn't the sole source in my household it allows me to take the time needed to find that perfect fit. I will not rush my clients into buying or selling a home. I will take the time to make sure their specific needs are met.

My own personal home buying and selling experiences have also allowed me to be sympathetic toward my client's needs. I had agents that were fantastic ... and agents that weren't. I know what buyers and sellers want.

I am currently licensed in Washington state and Idaho. I hold the ABR, CNE, GRI & SFR designations and am At Home With Diversity certified. I am also a CRS member.
